Status icons

The icons show if the job will be executed or if its deactivated. Error icons say mainly that the path does not exist. The path can be edited in the edit window. In case of a not accessible network drive the error message will be showed and if the job is activated then the program will check the path before execution. If the path is still incorrect then the error icon stays if the path have been found the error icon disappears. Jobs in preview mode will be executed automatically as well, but no action will be done. Deactivate them if they are not needed for the NT-Service. The icons mean the following:

The job will be executed once.
The job has been executed once. It can be reactivated for an other one time run when using the popup menu.
Job is activated for running once but in preview mode and will be executed depending of the given interval. No copy, move or delete actions will be done.
Job is activated and will be executed depending of the given interval. No copy, move or delete actions will be done. Activated jobs can be deactivated in the edit window or when using the popup menu.
Job is activated but in preview mode and will be executed depending of the given interval. Activated jobs can be deactivated in the edit window or when using the popup menu.
The job is deactivated and will not be executed. It can be activated using the edit window or the popup menu.
This kind of deactivated job shows an error. The path, either the source or the destination path is not reachable. If this job will be activated the error still is shown but the path will be checked every time the interval was run down. 
Path not reachable. The job is activated and the path will be checked every time the job should execute. If the path is available again then the error disappears.
